The Piedmont Paranormal Investigation Team is the active investigative division of Piedmont Paranormal Investigation and Research LLC. We are a gathering of like-minded individuals, both experienced and new to the paranormal field. We believe in ethical investigation to not only learn about the paranormal but to help those who seek our help. This includes both the living and the afterlife. 

Our team's resume includes multiple private residential investigations and some of the more well-known haunted locations. These locations include private investigations of the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, WV, St. Albans Sanitorium in Radford, VA, The Montgomery House in Mt. Gilead, NC, The Battleship USS North Carolina in Wilmington, NC, Sweet Springs Sanitarium in Gap Mills, WV with History of a Haunting and most recently, a joint private investigation of the Ohio State Reformatory where the movie Shawshank Redemption was filmed.

We have had fantastic results and love sharing our experiences with those interested in the paranormal. 

But we are more than just an investigative team. We also do research, not only historical but technical. Piedmont Paranormal endeavors to develop and improve Instrumental Trans-Communication (ITC) within the Paranormal realm. 

PPIT is not just an investigative team but a networked entity with multiple experts in the Paranormal field. We can call on them at any time to assist with investigations, provide alternative perspectives on evidence, and consult on ITC research, enhancing the quality of our work.
