Destinations like TALA, Waverly, USS North Carolina, and Montgomery House,  that offer private investigations (full access) to well-known haunted locations.

• Great for experienced Paranormal Teams.
• Most locations can be expensive.
• Usually overnight.

Destination Locations also offer Ghost Tours (also referred to as Ghost Hunts)

• Usually guided tours with members of a Paranormal Team or association.
• Less expensive than Private Destination Investigations.
• Great for Teams or Individual Investigators.
• High risk of evidence contamination.

Private Residential Investigations can be very satisfying because you have an opportunity to help people; however, they can be the most risky.
